At the heart of our temple is Vishnu Thurkkai, the presiding and most revered deity, worshipped with deep devotion and grandeur. Alongside Her, the temple is sanctified with the presence of many divine forms from the Shaivite tradition. Lord Shiva is worshipped in His powerful manifestations as the Shivalingam and the cosmic dancer Nataraja, accompanied by Goddess Parvathi, the divine mother. The sacred family continues with Lord Ganesha, remover of obstacles, and Lord Murugan, the warrior deity. We also worship Lord Narayana and Goddess Lakshmi, as well as Lord Rama, Lord Krishna, and Lord Hanuman, symbols of dharma, love, and devotion. The presence of Goddess Saraswathi, Lord Ayyappa, the Navagrahas (nine planetary deities), Nagapooshani, Bhairava, and Sandikeshwari further enriches the temple’s spiritual atmosphere, offering devotees the blessing of a complete and inclusive experience of Shaivism.
